Who We Are
At Resurrection Christian School, we come alongside you and your child to build their relationship with Christ. We want your child to learn and truly know who they are in Christ through our Christian education.

Resurrection Christian School operates as a Covenantal School. In practical terms, this entails the adoption of a policy requiring at least one parent of each student to be a confessing believer in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior for their child to enroll at RCS. This covenant establishes a partnership between RCS and the family, emphasizing consistency in teachings at RCS, the family’s church, and practices at home. As a result, it is crucial for RCS families to engage in regular Christian fellowship outside of school activities, fostering a supportive environment for encouragement and spiritual growth.

We strive to be the best Christian school for each student by fostering a family environment where our students and their parents value our teachers and have staff who care about our students. Teachers will pray with and for students, and actively help students to grow in their relationships with Jesus. Our staff encourages, inspires, and pushes our students to do their personal best in every area of their lives.

Because we want to ensure that your child attends the best school in Loveland, students are also challenged academically along with receiving a Christian-based curriculum. In our classrooms, staff integrate the Bible into their lessons and provide space for students to discuss content and questions.

We walk alongside our students as they discover who they are in Christ, and we encourage them to pursue their relationship in Christ with all their hearts, soul, mind, and spirit.

Our Masters of Ceremonies for the Evening, Nate Jackson

Nate Jackson grew up in San Jose, California, the son of two school teachers. He was a multi-sport athlete at Pioneer High School and became an All-American wide receiver at neighboring Menlo College, after which he was signed as a free agent to the San Francisco 49ers. The next summer, he was traded to the Denver Broncos and spent six seasons as a wide receiver and tight-end playing for Coach Mike Shanahan.

When his football career ended in 2009, he began his career as an author. He wrote a New York Times Bestselling book called “Slow Getting Up”, which was based on his experiences in the NFL. His writing has also appeared in the Time Magazine, Wall Street Journal, LA Times, New York Times and The Atlantic. He was a consultant on the Ridley Scott film “Concussion” and has performed stand-up comedy in various Los Angeles comedy clubs. In 2020, he became a radio host at 104.3 The Fan in Denver, where he currently co-hosts the mid-morning radio show The Player’s Club.

Nate is married and has a 3 year old son. In all of Nate’s years as a football player, he has never met a more loyal supporter than his lovely wife, or a fiercer opponent than his little boy.
